What kind of assistance do you need?
In Evansville, there is a shortage of 3,000 affordable housing units. Families paying more than 30% of their income for housing are cost burdened and are likely to struggle to pay other expenses such as transportation, medical, food or clothing. Quality, affordable housing stabilizes families and is an economic benefit to the community.

Our Rental Properties
Memorial Pointe I and Memorial Pointe II
Quality senior living apartments with the following amenities:

Through our Emergency Home Repair program, you can find fast and effective repairs for your home. If you meet the income eligibility requirements, you can get professional contractors, electricians and plumbers to make repairs in a timely manner.

Memorial CDC has a strong history of developing commercial properties in Evansville’s center city. When we develop commercial properties, our goal is to demonstrate how businesses can thrive in the center city, attract additional businesses to the area and improve the services available to local residents. Subway Restaurant
Memorial CDC attracted outside investment to build a Subway Restaurant, one of the first fast food eateries in the center city. We currently own the commercial property, and partner with the current business owners to connect local residents with job opportunities.
Memorial Shopping Plaza
